It is surprising that Singapore, such a law abiding society is capable of producing such a scary image. We've learned that the face mask was created by an artist who mimic two perpetrators in a recent appalling event in Singapore. And we understand that the Singapore Police is still investigating this case. No arrest was made yet, which means the two perpetrators are still out at large.
These two perpetrators strike fear in children's heart. We interviewed some parents, and most would shared with teary eyes how their kids were being terrified, traumatized and had nightmare after watching the event's video. Apparently, the mask itself also produces the same traumatizing effect to kids. Many kids would cry or hide behind their parent when the mask appears. As such, we the judging panel have unanimously voted it as the 2014 Halloween Most Scary Face Mask (Children Category).

"After watching the video, My kid woke up in the middle of the night crying ...Mommy mommy, ROY is here, I don't want, I don't want"
"My girl woke up in the middle of the night pointing to that girl's face mask and cried. Apparently that face mask have a traumatizing power. Just like Annabelle (Referring to the movie)"
